Document & Records Services

What you get: On-site records inventory and assessment, file organization and prep for digitization, vetted digitization vendor recommendations (you contract directly; we don't take referral fees), coordination of pickup and chain of custody, and post-digitization indexing and upload to your management platform.
Best for: Older communities with decades of paper records, associations transitioning from developer control, communities recovering from storms or facility moves, and any board that wants their physical archives digitized and indexed without taking on the project themselves.

Software Launch Services
What you get: End-to-end implementation for boards that already have a software vendor selected for document libraries, work order templates, compliance workflows, budget and chart of accounts setup, manager and board training, and full owner onboarding (in-person plus virtual webinars).

Budget Workshop & Financial Planning
What you get: Annual budget preparation and review, reserve funding analysis, compliance checklist review against applicable statutes, board education on financial responsibilities, and a written summary of findings.
Best for: Self-managed communities, associations experiencing rapid growth or governance transitions, and boards wanting a qualified review of their financial and compliance posture before their next annual meeting.
Management Company Selection
What you get: Community needs assessment, RFP preparation, vendor shortlisting, interview coordination, evaluation matrix, and contract review support. End-to-end process from discovery to contract.
Best for: Self-managed associations seeking management, communities dissatisfied with their current management company, contracts up for renewal, or new developments preparing for their first management engagement.
